We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order if:
- The order is canceled within 24 hours of placement
- The order hasn’t been shipped yet
- Cancellations can be requested by email or WhatsApp
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7 working days. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
